We are seeking a creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to craft strategies that engage our target audience, enhance brand awareness, and boost user acquisition for our app. In this role, you will work closely with the product and design teams to ensure that our messaging aligns with our mission of delivering trusted care for families.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling content such as posts, graphics, videos, and blog articles that appeal to parents, caregivers, and families.
- Manage social media accounts, monitor performance, and enhance campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with the product team to share updates, features, and promotions related to the app.
Monitor and respond to user inquiries and feedback on social media channels.
- Develop and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and refine strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and affiliates to broaden brand visibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to continually enhance our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Strong creative abilities for developing visual content.
- Experience in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of the caregiver/nanny industry is a plus.
