Important Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance:

This includes tasks such as cleaning devices and facilities, lubrication, and inspection.

• Troubleshooting and repairing issues:

Identifying and solving problems with devices, machines, sanitation, electrical systems, HLK and other building systems.

• Preventive Maintenance:

Implement and implement preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

• Response to an emergency:

Meet emergency maintenance requirements and ensure faster repairs to avoid further damage and failures.

• Keep inventory:

Follow the supplies, parts and devices used for maintenance tasks. Documentation and Recording:

Preserving details regarding maintenance activities, repairs and preventive maintenance procedures.

• Safety regulations:

Make sure all maintenance activities are carried out safely in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

• Working with others:

Working with other employees, contractors and providers as needed.

• Performing general maintenance tasks:

This includes painting, landscape design, carpentry and other general maintenance tasks.

• Installation support:

Participating in installing new devices and systems.

• Other training:

Helps train other employees to operate and maintain your device.

• Quality control:
  Implementation of regular quality tests of devices and systems to ensure that everything is compatible with standards.
• Latest status:
  We continue to develop and develop manufacturing and technological trends related to maintenance.
